If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed

2) The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your tracking number and carrier. Again, the email contains a link to your Order Status page for tracking your order
How Can I Track The Status of My Order?

When Is My Order Shipped?
Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST) are processed in order received and typically shipped within 24-72 hours.
Can I Make Changes To My Online Order?
We process your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order has been assigned shipping information, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our Return & Exchange FAQ for additional information.
We offer a conditional 30 day free return and exchange policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn and in the same condition that you received it, i.e., all original packaging, tags still attached, etc. Your return must also include the original shipment's packaging and any included documentation. A 10% handling fee may be applied to all returns or exchanges not returned in these conditions.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and used beauty products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
